Simon Konecki, Adele's partner has surprised the singer for their fifth anniversary, as he replaced the confetti with love notes during her show in Nashville.

US Weekly reported that the 28-year-old singer usually ends her show with white confetti with handwritten lyrics from her songs.

But on October 16, Sunday, her long-time partner Konecki decided to replace the white confetti with pink confetti containing sweet messages for the singer.

The concertgoers were also amazed and took on Twitter to post some of the tiny notes which read "Happy Anniversary," "I love you," "You are an angel" and "Love you long time."

Adele did not seem to notice the romantic notes as she exited the stage, she said to her fans, "We got pink confetti tonight. ... This confetti is normally white!"

Mirror wrote that the songstress recently revealed when she finishes her world tour next month, she is looking to get pregnant.

During her Nashville show on Saturday, she told her fans, "My son is about to turn four very, very soon.

"I'm starting to get very emotional about it because I feel like once they turn four, they're not really your actual baby anymore.

"So, my womb is starting to ache a little bit. It's like, 'Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby'. I'm not pregnant. I won't get pregnant until the end of the tour."

The singer's tour is set to be finished on November 21 in Phoenix.

After her successful gig in Nashville, fans gushed about Simon's romantic messages.

"Adele's boyfriend replaced confetti at her concert with love letters..Can't even get a damn good morning text but it's good," one user tweeted.

Another user said, "I really hope they filmed behind the scenes of when Adele finished the show last night and realised that the pink confetti was from Simon."
