Kesha's medical records will not be released to the public, says by a Manhattan judge. It can be remembered that Kesha, whose real name is Kesha Rose Sebert, has her ongoing battle against Dr. Luke, a music producer.

According to Fox News, Supreme Court Judge Shirley Kornreich said the singer's records will continue to be under seal as to "insulate her from unnecessary embarrassment and to protect her medical providers."

The said documents will be accessible only to Kesha, Dr. Luke and their lawyers.

Meanwhile, the pop star's lawyers filed legal papers reuqesting the same Manhattan judge to prevent Dr. Luke from distributing her confidential medical records, which she was compelled to provide.

Kesha, reportedly, is concerned that her medical records, which has more than 900 pages, might leak because of the record producer and songwriter Gottwald.

"Ms. Sebert now fears that Gottwald will seek to disclose and disseminate her personal medical records in an attempt to embarrass and harass her," attorney James Pearl informed Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Shirley Werner Kornreich, stating that the documents can be a "public fodder."

According to Page Six, the records consists of the 29-year-old's gynecological, psychiatric and rehab records for 10 years.

"Ms. Sebert has disclosed highly sensitive personal medical records as part of this litigation, and her position as a world-renowned recording artist in whom there is great public interest renders any potential disclosure of those records potentially harmful to her personal and economic interests," the attorney said.

Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, demands the court to accept the release of Kesha's medical records to prove false her claims that the hit-maker raped her.

"Kesha wants to hide her records, while continuing to make self-serving, selective and misleading statements to hurt my clients publicly," Gottwald's lawyer Linda Carbone said. "We in fact offered to keep the records confidential."

"Kesha's attorneys refused that offer, and instead filed their misleading motion for more press attacks on my clients," Carbone added.

Both have been involved in litigation which starter last October 2014, when Kesha accused Dr. Luke and his consistent sexual and emotional abuse that made her go to rehab. As for Gottwald, he has strongly denied the allegations.
