TMZ doesn't quite buy the excuse however, saying that it was obvious the Vicki Gunvalson topless Instagram photo would be intentional. According to the site, even a casual look at the pic revealed Vicki naked, to which the reality star should have noticed.

On her part, Gunvalson said she never saw her top was showing before she posted the topless photo.

Meanwhile, on "Watch What Happens Live," Andy Cohen did not hesitate asking about the Vicki Gunvalson topless fiasco, aol.com reports.

Cohen asked her to explain herself in the interview starting with, "Gina Keogh's daughter called you." He gave her 20 seconds to explain the Vicki Gunvalson topless photo.

The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star said she just came from her shower and headed to her bedroom to take a snapshot of the headphones, unknowingly showing her boobs' reflection.

"She's like, 'You need to get that off because your boobies are showing,' and I'm like, 'How can my boobies be showing? I took a picture of the headphones!' And the next you know, I tried to get it off," Gunvalson told Cohen about the topless mishap.

After immediately deleting the Vicki Gunvalson topless photo, she also posted a public apology on her Facebook account and said she's "deeply embarrassed" for the incident.

"I clearly couldn't see the reflection when I posted the image on Instagram," she explained in an apology on Facebook. "I apologize to anyone that saw the picture and am deeply embarrassed."
