Update of Tracy Morgan's case against Wal-Mart reveals that the actor is not pleased with the company's statement during its court filing on September 29.

The stand-up comedian was in the brink of life and death after his June 7 car crash on the New Jersey turnpike wherein the Wal-Mart truck slammed into their limo van. The tragic accident left the actor in a critical condition with multiple serious injuries while it also took the life of one of his friends. After weeks of staying in the hospital, the actor was sent home wherein he will continue his rehabilitation phase.

The comedian along with other three plaintiffs already filed a lawsuit against the gigantic retail company over the car crash. Tracy Morgan's party is now suing Wal-Mart for negligence after the truck driver identified as Kevin Roper was reportedly allowed to continue driving even though he's been already up for 24 hours during the accident. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Roper commuted about 700 miles from his home in Jonesboro, Ga., to a Walmart facility in Smyrna, Del., before beginning his shift.

Latest update about the case reveals that the comedian-actor is actually not very pleased to know about Wal-Mart's recent court filing. According to the documents filed by the company, they are actually blaming Tracy Morgan and the other people injured as the ones responsible for all the injuries they have met as they cite that the injured people are not wearing seatbelts when the accident happened.

"I can't believe Wal-Mart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong," the actor said about the recent information.

The update of the case also states that the company is actually open for settlement discussions while they remain committed in resolving the incident. Tracy Morgan still reportedly feels upset and responsible over what happened to his friends wherein his mentor, James McNair died from the accident.
