Clearwater Beach shootings have left two men injured, while four men were arrested and are now facing multiple charges, reports The Associated Press. According to authorities, they are still trying to establish the motive behind the three Clearwater Beach shootings during Memorial Day on Florida's Clearwater Beach.

The Huffington Post reports that four men are now facing multiple charges due to the Clearwater Beach shootings. The Monday evening shootings have left two people wounded. According to the police on Tuesday, one of the shootings appears to have been separate from the other two.

31-year-old Jeffrey Lee Holmes was arrested for shooting into an occupied structure. 20-year-old Terrance Antonio Kirnes was arrested for resisting an officer without violence. 18-year-old Jared Kashon Woodard was arrested for possession of marijuana and improper exhibition of dangerous weapon. Meanwhile, a Jeffrey James Grier, 20, is facing charges including felon in possession of a firearm, drug possession and violation of probation. The search for more suspects continues.

Joelle Castelli, a Clearwater spokeswoman said that the Clearwater Beach shootings began from fights amongst groups of people. The first shots were reportedly fired from a temporary parking garage near the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa, reports the Daily Mail. Two people were have been reported shot. One person was shot in the hand while the other was shot in the groin area. Castelli said the person who was shot in the hand have immediately fled the area. Neither of the victims were identified as random bystanders.

The Daily Mail reports that the first shots were fired by a group shortly before 7pm while the other group were heard in the street. Another one of the Clearwater Beach shootings reportedly happened near Pier 60, two blocks away from the Hyatt Hotel. Police have refused to detail the location of the third shooting, though they shared that the shootings came after an alleged gang-related argument at the popular beach spot where families longed during Memorial Day. 

17-year-old Haley Tausinger who works at a local beach restaurant told The Tampa Tribune that a group had gathered before the shootings took place. She said customers and staff hid in a back room when they heard gunshots. Tausinger said, "Once the shooting started everyone started running and getting down on the ground. I was pretty distraught after it."

Clearwater Beach shootings resulted in no further access to for a long period of time. However, the area was later reopened only to residents. The two bridges onto Clearwater Beach have also been closed for a short time which caused traffic delays.
