Toronto Mayor Robert Ford has officially proclaimed the 6th of February, 2014 (today!) as "Bob Marley Day" in Toronto. Today is also Marley's birthday. The Jamaican singer, who was born in 1945, died in 1981 at age 36. He would have been 69 today.
