Daredevil Gets Leg Cramps Between the Peaks of Melbourne's Eureka Tower

Kane Peterson, one of Australia's daredevils, pauses in a middle of a tightrope walk almost 300 meters above the ground after experiencing a painful leg cramp.

The daredevil, who is thirty-six years old, was making his way between Melbourne's Eureka Tower's 21-meter long tightrope walk when he felt the cramps. Kane stretched his legs by laying down the wire, knowing there were no safety nets to catch him in the event that he falls. 

'I tried to get my leg back out to stand back up and I was like, "Oh, my God, how am I going to do this?"' Petersen told the Herald Sun, 'I just pushed myself through it. I have just lived a dream - it's fantastic.' 

He continued with the tightrope walk after he felt better, making his way to the other tower where his wife, Jessica McCrindle, was waiting. His parents were also there to witness the event.

Petersen's stunt is now considered as the highest tightrope walk to be complete in Australia.
The Eureka Tower is a 297.3-metre skyscraper which stands at the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
