An American activist put the TSA to the test and was not pleased when an agent came too close to her private areas. Ashley Jessica of, recorded the TSA giving her a pat down at the airport and claims that the agent touched her vagina through her clothing.

Jessica and her mother opted to go through a pat down instead of going through a body scanner machine at San Diego International Airport. They then took turns recording each other as they went through the pat down. It is not clear when this incident occurred.

Jessica tells the female Transportation Security Administration agent not to touch her or her mother's private parts. However Jessica claims that her and her mother were told that the TSA agent would complete "an extensive pat down which would involve going all the way up the leg."

At first Jessica is caught off guard when the TSA agent placed her hands on her breasts. Jessica responds, "Sorry, you just touched my boob."

When Jessica tells the TSA screener that she doesn't want her to touch her breasts, the TSA agent tells her that she would have to touch them or she wouldn't clear her and allow her to fly.

The TSA agent then assures her that she'll go around her breasts, rather than touch them directly. Jessica allows the agent to continue with the pat down but she freaks out when the agent feels her high up on her inner thigh. At that point, Jessica claims the woman did more than just rub her thigh.

"She just touched my vagina, seriously, that was not my upper thigh," states Jessica.

Jessica wanted to record the pat down to show the TSA's process and to give her some courage to speak up when things got out of hand.

"Having the camera on empowered me to interrupt the pat down when I was being violated and tell them what was and wasn't acceptable," Jessica explained to
