The latest patch for "Overwatch" is now available in Public Test Region (PTR) and Blizzard also opted to add the server browser. This also includes the Year of The Rooster's Capture-The-Flag mode as well as additional maps and re-balancing (or possibly buffing) of popular hero choices.

According to a report from PCGamesN, players now have access to the server browser feature. This newly introduced function will let players set up matches with friends and pretty much everybody else in the world where "Overwatch" is available.

What sets this apart from the standard matchmaking tool is that allows players to tailor-fit the settings for the match. For instance, any party could set up a match where there would only be specific types of players allowed. As an example stated in the online news outlet, a no-cooldown Widowmaker-exclusive match is possible.

"An extension of Overwatch's Custom Game mode, the server browser allows you to adjust the settings on various maps, modes, and heroes, creating your own tailor-made server," Blizzard announced. "If, for example, you want to increase Pharah's missile speed or remove the cooldown from McCree's Combat Roll, the power is yours.

As PVP Live have also reported for "Overwatch" and its latest update, a couple of heroes have also gained significant to subtle buffs. The most note-worthy change was with Bastion. It's "Self-Repair" can now be used while moving and it cannot be interrupted anymore despite being hit. As the developers commented, the focus on Bastion should now be shifted from Configuration: Sentry to Recon.

D.Va also had a nice update with her Defense Matrix as it won't require a minimum distance from a projectile to work anymore. In the past, the Defense Matrix was close to being useless as most of the time, "Overwatch" players are aware of its weakness, shooting D.Va players while just technically next to her. This, however, still won't protect her from Roadhogg's Chain Hook as stated by Geoff Goodman.
