Spoilers for the March 22 episode of  "The Young and the Restless" indicate a focus on Chloe. It seems that her past has come back to haunt her, despite all that she had done to get a better life.

Soap Hub reports that over the past months, Chloe has been slowly building her life back together. The death of Delia took a toll on her, but over time she has learned to deal with it more. It helped that the person responsible for the death of her daughter is now dead too. And it seems that she is going to reveal that she may have had a part in it.

While chatting with Scott at The Underground, Chloe will get drunk and say that she destroyed her sorrow. Scott confronts Kevin about it, who does not really know what Chloe was talking about. Scott is not the only one who hears Chloe's drunken confession, she says more mysterious comments to Nick, who talks to Scott. Chloe will then dream of flashbacks pertaining to the explosion where Adam Newman was killed, she will be frightened upon waking up, indicating that she knows something about it.

Meanwhile, Soap Shows reports that Jack is set on hurting Billy and Phyllis. They left him heartbroken after their affair, and he is set to exact revenge. But Victoria, despite not being a fan of Billy at the moment, will not let anything happen to Brash and Sassy. So she has no qualms with downloading a file the video file of the sexual harassment suit in Jabot. She wants to use this ammunition to get Jack to back off his revenge plot.
