While eldest daughter Jana is still single, another Duggar family member may soon walk down the aisle. Nineteen-year-old Joy-Anna confirmed that boyfriend Austin Forsyth popped the question on Thursday, and she happily said yes.

Forsyth asked for Jim Bob Duggar's blessing to enter into a courtship with Joy-Anna, and he said that he admires her heart for the Lord and her character. Forsyth also added that his girlfriend is a diligent worker and that she gets all the younger siblings working, "and then, of course, her beauty," People reported.

According to Us Weekly, Joy-Anna said that she is very excited to be engaged to her best friend, adding that "Austin made it so romantic, it's amazing." For his part, Forsyth said that he is overwhelmed with emotion, and he is excited to be engaged because the next step is marriage. "I'm excited to see what the future holds for us!"

Forsyth is a long time family friend of the Duggars, and he and Joy-Anna have known each other for about 15 years. He chose a spot in the wooded area to ask Duggar to enter into courtship, saying that it is a place that he has come many times in order to get away and spend time with the Lord. That's when he knew that that was the place to ask her, Forsyth said.

The Duggar family must be so busy doing wedding planning, because just ten days before Joy-Anna and Forsyth's announcement, older sister Jinger got married to former soccer player Jeremy Vuolo in an Arkansas ceremony. During the special episode of "Counting On: Jinger's Wedding," Joy-Anna announced that she had entered into a courtship with Forsyth.

Now many are curious as to why Jana chooses to remain single. It is said that Michelle won't be able to do the all the household chorse herself, and so even if her younger sisters are already married, or about to get married, Jana's huge contribution to the family makes her romantically unattached.
