Travel Corporation's Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection operates 21 river cruising cruise ships along the rivers of Europe, Russia, Egypt, and China. It is a luxury river cruise company, and now, it's targeting millenials for its new addition - U by Uniworld.

Ellen Bettridge, President & CEO said that U by Uniworld is designed for active travellers between the ages of 18 to 40, which means it will provide a more modern and youthful experience, with a focus on time spent on shore via longer stays in port. Two 16-passenger ships, River Baroness and River Ambassador, will be renovated by Uniworld to have a more contemporary look and feel.

According to Skift, the newest addition is to launch sales in March 2017 and will begin its sailings in early 2018. It will offer amazing experiences for the next generation of river cruisers along the Instagram and Snapchat-worthy rivers of Europe and amazing cities such as Amsterdam, Paris and Budapest.

Adventurous travellers will be treated to a new contemporary appeal on open spaces and offer communal tables for dining, with a new culinary programme, creative mixologists and international DJ's on-board. Two of Uniworld's existing ships - the River Baroness and the River Ambassador - will undergo extensive renovations and design changes that will tailor the ships to be completely dedicated to the U by Uniworld experiences from early 2018.

Brochure and website for U by Uniworld will be released next year, and itineraries will be on sale beginning March 2017. Uniworld is also announcing a social media campaign, #AllAboutU, in order to gather personalized suggestions and requests from all aspects of the U by Uniworld experience - be it about the the itineraries' adventures and other content to the amenities, dining, music and much more, Cruise Critic reported.
