$1200 Caviar Dish is Featured on a Calfornia Restaurant Menu
A restaurant in California is charging $1200 for a dish on their menu. High end Japanese eatery, Katsu, which recently opened in the Northern California town of Los Gatos, has dish on their menu that features some of the finest caviar in the world. ABC News reported that the dish is called the Decadence Staircase and features Ostera, Russian Sevruga, Golden Ostera and premium Beluga caviar, served on bamboo stairs alongside lobster sashimi and Wagyu shabu shabu.
