If you are a fan of the Oscar-award winning film, Titanic, then you would likely recall a scene from the movie where Jack draws a portrait of Rose naked lying in the sofa.

17 years later, Kate Winslet, also known as Rose in the movie, may have established herself as an actress post-Titanic, but it seems that her past keeps haunting her.

During the red-carpet premiere of her movie Divergent in Los Angeles, a fan requested her to sign her own naked portrait. It may not be her first time to encounter such, but Winslet admitted that her naked portrait makes her feel awkward, especially now that it has 17 years since she played the role of Rose in Titanic.

"I don't sign that one." Winslet tells Yahoo Movies UK. "It feels very uncomfortable. Why would you do that?"

She shares that fans often ask her to sign versions of her naked picture. "People ask me to sign that one a lot, and actually there's a photo of it as well that someone's lifted from a still of the film."

Titanic, which stars Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet, is one of the successful movies of all time. Kate Winslet's naked body drawing was originally sketched by Titanic's director, James Cameron. "It's like, no, I didn't mean for it to be a photograph that I would end up seeing still 17 years later." She adds. Now 38, she is a mother of three.

In 2011, the original version Kate Winslet's naked picture was auctioned for a whopping $16, 000!

"It is still haunting me. It's quite funny, really," Winslet laughs.

Winslet's current project, Divergent is already hitting box-office records. Divergent, which co-stars Shailene Woodley, is a film adaptation of a young-adult novel by Veronica Roth about post-apocalyptic Chicago. Winslet plays the role of antagonist, Jeanine Matthews.
