Yes, you read that right. Gaggan has been named Asia's best restaurant this year. This is the fifth time that Gaggan has received the distinction
First opened by Kolkata-born Gaggan Anand in 2010, it actually closed in 2019 before Anand founded the reincarnated Gaggan Anand months later. However, the restaurant reverted back to its original name two years ago.
Gaggan's menu is anchored in progressive Indian cuisine with French, Thai and Japanese influences. It offers a fine-dining experience to diners.
