Before her court ordered 90-day rehab stint, which is to begin within the next month and a half, 26-year-old Lindsay Lohan was spotted on Saturday night at club 41 Ocean, in Santa Monica, to support her boyfriend Avi Snow and his band.

Not affected by the spotlight, she was photographed giving Snow an open-mouth kiss and rocking out in her chair, while sipping seltzer water.

An onlooker said: "She arrived late just before the band performed. She was kissing Avi passionately in a corner of the club--then the band went on stage," according to Daily Mail.

As for the actual lockdown-rehab sentence that the "Mean Girls" actress pleaded into in lieu of jail, TMZ reports, "there is no such thing as a lockdown rehab center anywhere in America."

In fact, the gossip-obsessed website states, "the only private rehab centers which can hold patients against their wills are ones connected to the prison system, and patients in such a facility require a felony record in order to be admitted - which Lindsay does not have."

According to TV-therapist Dr Drew, "There is no rehab that will hold you against your will, unless they feel the person is a suicide risk, and in that case they can hold the individual for 72 hours," reported TMZ.

All this withstanding, Lohan is also using her free-time to get out of debt.

The Daily Mail, reports that she will travel to Brazil on Wednesday, after shooting her appearance on Charlie Sheen's FX show Anger Management.

"She has apparently secured an endorsement deal in the 'low six-figures' to hawk a clothing line in Brazil, according to TMZ.

Among some of her financial troubles are two IRS-liens of $140,203 and $93,701 respectively and a bank seizure, due to unpaid income taxes, totaling $233,904, according to Daily Mail.
