After pleading no contest to misdemeanor charges stemming from a June 2012 car crash, Lindsay Lohan, on Tuesday afternoon, turned herself into Santa Monica police.

The plea deal that the "Just My Luck" star agreed to will see her serve 90 days in rehab, perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months.

The 26-year-old Lohan, according to Yahoo, "must also pay a $240 restitution fine and $30 criminal conviction assessment fee, in addition to paying restitution to the victim; Per the terms of her plea deal, Lohan was reminded that she cannot drive with any measurable amount of drugs or alcohol in her system, or without a valid license and insurance."

In pleading no contest, Lohan, according to LA Times, "admitted she had violated her probation in a 2011 shoplifting case. Dabney sentenced her to 180 days in jail, but that sentence was stayed. The judge said that if Lohan met the terms of this deal, she wouldn't serve additional time behind bars."

"I'm very confident that you won't be seeing Lindsay Lohan in any criminal courts any time in the future," said Lohan's, New York-based attorney, Mark Heller, outside the courthouse. "She has fully recognized all of the issues that have to be addressed, and I'm very confident she'll be able to move forward in her life with dignity, pride and respect," reported LA Times.

Before exiting the court to begin her probation sentence, the judge gave some free advice.

"A suggestion: don't drive. You're in New York. You don't need to drive," the judge told Lohan in court. "This is it. You violate your probation and we're not going to be having discussions about putting you back on probation in either case," according to US Magazine.

With this latest incident, the troubled actress adds to the collection of mug shots, bringing the total up to six.

With her natural-red hair pulled back, and choosing to wear a varsity-style jacket and black shirt ensemble, this could be the best of the bunch.
