Burger, joint In-N-Out fans are often die hard for the West coast staple and it's not really a secret, that they chain as a secret menu that only those in the know order from. Now, however, thanks to an In-N-Out worker, has revealed on Reddit another even more secret menu that even the most, in the know In-N-Out fans haven't heard of it.

In-N-Out cook, "dravila9" revealed in the popular, "Ask Me Anything" forum on Reddit.com a detailed report of how him and his co workers use the kitchen after hours and make creative burger concoctions.

"Took bacon in to cook after closing and it really changes everything," wrote dravila9. "Sweet Jesus it was the greatest thing I've ever had!" he said.

He said to Reddit fans that most of the secret menu is animal style burgers and fries which basically just means with sauteed onions.

"Animal fries are just regular fries with two melted pieces of cheese, grilled onions, and the spread. Protein style burgers are just wrapped in lettuce instead of the bun actually pretty good if you can get past being a guy and not eating a real burger," he said on Reddit. "And then the 4x4's and 3x3's are the bigger burgers pretty much any combo of 4 meat and 4 cheese you can get just no more than 4 per burger. Flying dutchmans are just two meat patties with melted cheese in the middle. And you can get sliced chillies inside the burgers and the whole sliced onion can be grilled and you can sub ketchup and mustard in place of the spread if you want."

One photo showed his creation of a bacon burger with animal fries topped with torn up burger patties and bacon with BBQ sauce.

He also has made donuts by putting milkshake syrup on buns and then putting them in the frier as well as a baked potato, fried and filled with melted cheese, onions, chilles and tomatoes.

He also sang praises to In-N-Out's chili dogs that they serve at the yearly picnic.

"OMG if In-N-Out sold the chili dogs they give at the family picnics the world really wouldn't be able to handle it," he wrote.

He also talked about the benefits of the burger chain that are uncommon for fast food workers. They start at $10 an hour and even part timers get dental and vision benefits and a life insurance policy.
