A man in Davenport, Iowa, Jose Angel Perales, 24, who broke into the lingerie store, Dr. John's Lingerie Boutique and stole merchandise has been identified because of a tattoo.

The Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier reported that the man went into the boutique at approximately 4 a.m. on Feb. 17 and stole lingerie before ie went into the manager's office. The Smoking Gun reported that Perales, once inside the office started to please himself sexually on the desk and couch. Videos from the store show him leaving the office naked.

Perales spent the next few hours in the store trying on clothing and using sex toys, says the court complaint, reported The Huffington Post. Officers say he left the store wearing a blonde wig and red dress.

During his time playing dress-up in the store, surveillance cameras caught a glimpse of his tattoo, which says, "Perales" across his back.

Perales was arrested Friday from checking mug shot records in the state and identified. He was charged with third-degree burglary and theft. The Huffington Post reported he used or stole between $1,000 and $2,000 worth of store merchandise.

The Daily Mail reported that investigators found merchandise from the store at Perales' home.

In Iowa, third-dgree burglary is a Class D felony and he could face a prison sentence of up to five years. Third degree theft is an aggravated misdemeoner and he could face max two years for it.

Davenport is a city located near the Mississippi River in Scott County, Iowa. It has an estimated population of 381,342.

In 2010 Dr. John's Lingerie sued the city of Davenport alleging its First Amendment rights were violated when the city revoked its general business license and tried to make them apply for an adult business license, reported siouxcityjournal.com.
