If in trouble, no fear, Charlize Theron is here.

At least she was at the Oscars when the "Snow White and the Huntsman" actress rushed to help a security guard who was suffering from a seizure at the Dolby Theater before the Oscars began, according to E! News.

She was reportedly one of a handful of individuals present when the man got ill, and she tried to help him before someone else called 911, reported Examiner.

After the Oscars, Theron headed over for a more relaxed atmosphere to an Oscar after party on The Lot in West Hollywood, where she chatted with Oscar host Seth MacFarlane, and complimented him on a job well done, reports OMG! Yahoo. Showing her relaxed side, Theron did not get upset when party revelers stepped on the train of her gorgeous white Christian Dior Haute Couture dress, simply remarking, "Don't worry, everyone does it."

It was a busy night for Theron who also served as an Oscar presenter alongside Dustin Hoffman and danced onstage with PEOPLE's sexiest man alive, Channing Tatum during the night's festivities.

E! News describes the dance as "not a 'Magic Mike' type of choreography (yeah, kinda disappointed), but it was still quite a sight to see."

However, when speaking to E! later in the evening, Theron said of her performance, "(It was) completely nerve-wracking, but how could I not dance with Channing Tatum? He's so wonderful!"

She then revealed "I was sort of tricked into it. I thought it was going to be something smaller, like he (MacFarlane) pulls me up from the audience and we do a little spin. But then he was was like, 'Rehearsals start Monday!'"

There was no update on the condition of the guard who Charlize Theron helped, stated Inquisitr, but if she wasn't there to lend a helping hand, who knows what could have happened.
