No stranger to keeping the party going, New England Patriot tight end, Rob Gonkowski, is back in the news, but this time it isn't just about his festive evening.

During a Super Bowl party last month at Las Vegas' XS nightclub, the 23-year-old, $54 million-dollar man, stack up an eyebrow-raising $9,615 tab, according to Daily Mail.

Included on the bill was a $1,595 magnum bottle of Perrier-Jouet brut, three bottles of Grey Goose vodka (at $525 apiece) and dozens of cans of Red Bull to keep him alert, stated Daily Mail.

[This] might seem ridiculous to people who make minimum wage or live in the lower middle class, for Gronkowski it's just a drop in the bucket. The Patriots' tight end was probably paying for most of the people in his party, and since he made $2.61 million in 2012, that was an easy tab to pick up, stated Examiner.

According to Deadspin, during the hedonistic blowout at the exclusive club, "the Gronk" as he is nicknamed, ran around shirtless and indulged in some raucous body-slamming with friends. However, the football player generously tipped his waitress $1,400.

For Gonkowski, who has been sidelined since early December thanks to broken forearm, this is just another, in a long list, of controversial issues he has dealt with over the span of his, thus far, three-year NFL career:

In 2011, Gronkowski was forced to apologize after he posed for shirtless pictures with porn star BiBi Jones-he gave Jones his 87 Patriots jersey to put on for a photo and posed with her, before taking off his T-shirt and showing off his ripped body - to help raise his number of followers on Twitter.

He was also pictured and caught on video (see below) having "a great time" during the New England Patriots', Super Bowl,  postgame party, Jan. 2011-a Super Bowl that his team lost to the New York Giants.
