Mario Lopez and his wife Courtney announced that they are expecting their second child. Mario is a host on the X Factor and  gained fame in the 90s playing teenage heartthrob AC Slater in the TV show "Saved By The Bell."

Mario and Courtney already have a two-year-old daughter, Gia Francesa. The duo married last year. The X Factor and Extra host, said according to The Daily Mail, "I am the happiest father in the world. We cannot wait to welcome baby Lopez number two into our lives."

Mario, 39, also tweeted a photo of his daughter wearing a t-shirt that says "big sister" on it. He wrote, "Congratulations Gia on your big news!!! You're gonna be an awesome big sister... @CourtneyMLopez & I are so proud."

Gia appeared on Extra with her father and held up a sign that said, "Im going to be a big sister." The family had a baby shower on the show.

The Daily Mail reported that Mario and Courtney married at Joe Francis' Punta Mila house in Mexico. Francis is the notorious founder of "Girls Gone Wild." When the pair got married in December, it aired on TLC's Mario and Courtney's Wedding Fiesta.

This is Mario's second marriage. He married Ali Landry in 2004, but the marriage didn't last. It was annulled only two weeks later after it was revealed he cheated on her at his bachelor party, reported The Daily Mail.

Media reports have been saying that Mario's co-host, Khloe Kardashian has been fired from "The X Factor."

The New York Post reported that Mario would be returning but not Khloe. "They are asking Mario [Lopez] to come back, but not Khloe," said the source.

Brittany Spears who was a judge on show also has recently left. Fox News reported that she received $15 million for being a judge last season and recently announced that she would not return. L.A. Reid also quit the show in December.
