The well-loved action and adventure series on primetime TV "The Flash" has been running in the airwaves for two years already. The latest news revealed that the upcoming episode titled "The Once and Future Flash" would be aired on April 25.

The latest action superhero will bring another exciting episode in its next airing. In episode 19 of the third season of "The Flash," viewers will see Barry Allen traveling to the future. In an episode titled, "The Once and Future Flash," the character will meet his future self in the year 2024, sporting a long hair, says Cosmic Book News. As previously revealed in the preceding episodes of season 3, Barry appears to be doing this to rescue Iris from Savitar.

CBR notes that with this time travel, Barry would know the true face of Savitar and his true identity as well. The next episode is the application of what Abra Kadabra previously remarked. It can be recalled that he mentioned knowing who Savitar was but unfortunately, he was taken by Gypsy for his wrongdoings in Earth 19.

Moreover, there were several speculations that the next episode of "The Flash," specifically episode 19, would involve Wally West. As revealed in the teaser trailers, the 2024 Wally West is seen sitting in a wheelchair. The scene raised more questions from fans and theorists. How did the character get there? Would his participation be given light in the upcoming episode? Perhaps it would be but more of on the next episodes that will follow. Usually, time traveling theme consumes more than one episode, so basically, episode 21 would be an apt prediction for the appearance of Wally West in episode 19.

Aside from Wally, another character is currently being talked about. According to several theories, fans will soon see in the third season of "The Flash" that Caitlin Snow will emerge as KillerFrost. Although this is not yet confirmed by the production, it appears that the series' third season is filled with exciting episodes.
