"Fear the Walking Dead" season 3 will be returning earlier than expected which make fans happy. The series is set to hit the American screen by April 4 this year. However, to some other countries like UK, they will only have a simulcast of its episode via BT's AMC channel at 2:00 AM in the morning. On the good side, UK fans need not to stay up late since the episode premiere will be repeatedly shown on June 5.

Accordingly, series showrunner Dave Erickson will step down after season 3 in order for him to develop more projects for the network. However, Erickson will still stay as an executive producer. Meanwhile, it will also be interesting to know who will be the next person who will fill his shoes especially that it is a large shoe to fill in, Den of Geek reported.

The network was grateful for what Erickson did for "The Walking Dead." He was able to fulfil his promise of expanding the world of the walking dead in a more unique way. Apparently, the series has become the number two in the drama series in an ad-supported cable.

Despite leaving the role as showrunner, the network was still thankful for he chooses to stay in the AMC family in order to work on more passionate projects. On the other hand, "Fear the Walking Dead" also revealed new faces which will be an addition to the casts.

As per Sivertimes, among the additions will be Dayton Callie and Sam Underwood who will play roles in the Otto family. They are known to be a founding family of an organization called as "survivalist." Further, another character to join the casts will be Lisandra Terna. She will play a role of Lola Guererro. These are among the new faces to expect from the upcoming "Fear the Walking Dead' season 3.
