It was on April Fool's Day when "Rick and Morty" season 3 surprisingly streamed the series' first episode. Everyone was really happy with Adult Swim's surprise. However, many were still sad since it is not yet certain if the rest of the episodes of the whole season will continue airing after that. Many fans of the hit TV series are still waiting for season 3 to be finally aired on the small screen.

Just two days ago, the official Twitter account of the series posted something that excites fans. It said that more of the series episodes will not come too soon but it will be available by summer. The delay of the series airing was already addressed by the creator and that they didn't want to "overthink or underthink it," Independent reported.

On April 1, episode 1 was released since one of its fans asked Adult Swim to do so. But the next episode won't air at once. Episode 2 which titled "Rickmancing the Stone" will be aired again soon. Many are speculating that this will air in June 2017 just like its release of Season 2 back in 2015. Further, the upcoming season will reportedly feature 14 exciting episodes.

As per Metro, there was another teaser post made by the show on its Twitter account. The second episode of "Rick and Morty" season 3 may feature a potential return of the eternally horny Squancy. Fans are really hoping for this to happen.

On the other hand, Dan Harmon previously made a Twitter clarification post that he and Justin are not fighting literally. He said that they are struggling with the kind of jokes they need to include in the series episodes. Fighting was not the real cause of the delay, however, Adult Swim simply just don't discuss about its release schedule until it is time to do so.
