Microsoft has just revealed the four Xbox free games with Gold Titles for the month of April. Included in the free games are "Assassin's Creed: Revelations" for Xbox 360 and Xbox One 's "Ryse: Son of Rome."

According to an announcement from the company website, both the Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles will be getting two free games each. The free games for Xbox 360 can also be played on the Xbox One via the Backward Compatibility.

One of the games available for Xbox One is "Ryse," an action-adventure game that is available for the whole month of April. The other one is "The Walking Dead Season 2," which continues the story of Clementine and is available from April 16 until the 30th.

For Xbox 360, the free games are "Assassin's Creed," which is available from April 16 until April 30. The other game is "Darksiders," which can be acquired from April 1 until April 15.

Attack of the Fanboy reports that "Ryse: Son of Rome" was a launch title for Xbox One. It was also one of the first games that could show the advancement in graphics that are can be seen on current consoles.

As for the Xbox 360 games, the report said that "Darksiders" is a game that is worth checking out, considering it was one of the underrated games of the last generation console. The "Assassin's Creed" game is the conclusion to the Ezio trilogy and is a good game which attracted a huge number of fans worldwide but it was not as good as the first two.

Though the Xbox free games with Gold Titles for April have already been revealed, March is not yet done and players can still avail of the free games that are available for the month of March. Check out the announcement regarding the free games for Xbox this April.
