eBay is well known for selling used items for a price with a number of sellers putting photos of their old dresses, shoes, furniture and more up for sale. If there's something you want, there's a good chance it could be on eBay. One female eBay user from Oxfordshire, under the username sugartit_2 accidentally uploaded a photo of herself naked in the mirror.

The woman was trying to sell her "Asos yellow Skater Dress 10" which showed a photo of the dress hanging on the closet with a mirror reflecting her half-naked.

The photo somehow went viral and got onto Twitter where it trended under the hashtag #ebayyellowskaterdress. The user however, could have been really embarrassed but she dealt with the ordeal gracefully, and humorously.

Sugartit_2 reposted the photo except this time she is wearing a jacket in the photo, but still no pants. The new product description says, "#ebayyellowskaterdress as seen by thousands. never worn naked. Needs a good home."

The price was originally lister on ebay for £15.99 but is now going for higher, possibly due to her naked photo going viral.

The user also posted the following comment after realizing the naked whoops.

"It's so embarrassing. It is such a dizzy, stupid thing to do and now the whole world's seen me in the nude.

"I put it on eBay last Saturday morning and realized straight away so ended the sale ... I reported it to eBay and they took it down, but by then it had gone viral. My boyfriend Andy thinks the whole thing is hilarious," she wrote.

Ebay is one of the most popular online marketplaces in the world. The site's website says. "With more than 100 million active users globally (as of Q4 2011), eBay is the world's largest online marketplace, where practically anyone can buy and sell practically anything."

The website was founded in 1995 and it connects buyers and sellers to purchase goods from around the world.  "Their collective impact on ecommerce is staggering: In 2011, the total value of goods sold on eBay was $68.6 billion -- more than $2,100 every second," says eBay.
