Cheesecake Factory is known for creamy cheesecake varieties and homestyle comfort food. Reuters reported that their Bistro Shrimp Pasta is laden with more than 3,000 calorie. The dish contains more than a day and a half caloric intake for an average adult and is on this year's Xtreme Eating list of most unhealthy dishes at chain restaurants in the U.S.

The list is compiled by the Center for Science in the Public Interest.

CSPI uses the awards to raise awareness about the health and what is exactly in these fast food chain's meals. They are also trying to raise support for calorie disclosure on restaurant menus, reports Reuters. Under the U.S. health reform law, larger chains will be required to do legally soon.

"We think this year that this is the worst of some of the worst," Jayne Hurley a CSPI senior nutritionist said to CNN. "They top the list for being extremely high in calories, saturated fat and salt or sugar."
