"Dance" Moms" coach Abby Lee Miller has been given several extensions for the promulgation of her sentence. She could have attended her court hearing last Friday by the court granted an extension again for two weeks. Her court schedule was February 24 but it was deferred to May 8.

The dancing coach does not know whether her sentence will put her to jail for two-and-a-half years or be given a probationary sentence for fraud. The "Dance Moms" mentor faces bankruptcy fraud, false bankruptcy declarations, and concealment of bankruptcy assets.

Miller gave a guilty plea for the charges but Judge Joy Flowers Conti gave more time for Miller's lawyers to deliberate. Robert Ridge and Brandon Verdream, her lawyers will have another chance to argue her case.

Abby Lee Miller did not disclose the income she got from the "Dance Moms" amounting to $750,000. Despite facing 20 counts of fraud, since she is a first-time offender, her case might merit a parole.

However, Assistant US Attorney Greg Melucci rejects her claim that she was just overwhelmed by the success of the show. She got extremely busy working for the show as reported by Refinery29. But the judge believes that she intends harm to her creditors by hiding the said amount of money.

Miller has been given enough time to wrap up her unfinished business from March 1-7 according to Deadline. She was granted permission to travel to Merida and Cancun, Mexico. Season 8 is almost finished filming in preparation for her possible jail time.

She has been given enough time to attend to her other businesses. The judge has already banned another other travel before the sentencing.

Her case was ready for promulgation in season 7. The season was speculated to go on without her but she remained free until the filming of season 8 ends.

What will be the outcome of her cases? Will "Dance Moms" be affected by her fate in hands of the court?
