Angelina Jolie together with her kids flew away to Cambodia for the recent premiere event of her fourth directorial project entitled "First They Killed My Father" at the Angkor Wat Temple complex in the above-mentioned place. She was backed with her six children, and apparently, fans were not used seeing her alone in attending events like this, but not this time after her broke up with Brad Pitt.

During an interview with Jolie, she revealed that her children were in close relationship with those children from the film and in fact, many of them were best of friends. Thus, bringing her children with her in Cambodia made them really happy as they get back together with their friends, USA Today reported.

The film that she directed was about a story of Loung Ung, who is a Cambodian-born citizen and is a human rights American activist who happened to grow up under the Khmer Rouge regime. It is set to premiere on Netflix later this 2017. Further, the event they attended to was also able to bring the actress, writer, director, and humanitarian in full circle which she filmed scenes from the first "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" at Angkor Wat.

Further, Jolie seemed to keep a low profile with her divorce from the popular actor and this time, it seems that she is already ready to face the public again. Her film has been considered as her passion project since Cambodia holds a special place in her heart, Huffington Post reported.

It has been known that her son named Maddox was born in the same place she had the premiere of the film with. The press and premiere event on that day definitely brought the family together as Jolie brought with her the six children and they were also able to meet King Norodom Sihamoni, the ruler of Cambodia.
