Episode 5 of "Homeland" Season 6 titled "Casus Belli" will see Carrie (Claire Danes) deal with a threat to her private life as a consequence of her hazardous job. The synopsis for the upcoming episode also mentions of President Keane (Elizabeth Marvel) get sidelined.

The brief synopsis from Showtime reveals the two major plotlines for Episode 5. However, the trailer for the said episode also depicts Quinn (Rupert Friend) get involved in the problem Carrie faces.

Episode 5 of "Homeland" Season 6 will revolve around Carrie as she struggles with a treat to her home as a result of her dangerous job. The trailer begins with Carrie answering a phone call alerting her of a danger the city faces suggesting that this is a consequence of her endeavors.

The following sequence shows the home of Carrie crowded by an angry mob. This causes Quinn to react by firing a gun outside the home to subdue the crowd. He then is faced with a difficult situation as a group of men from the special task force is compelled to enter the house.

Carrie can then be seen being dragged against her will away from her own home. She proceeds to tell the authorities that people will die if they force to enter the establishment and that her daughter is still inside the house. She then calls out Quinn in the final seconds of the trailer.

The synopsis also reveals President Keane's struggle to keep up with her work as the president of the United States of America. Things might get even more complicated as the synopsis suggests that she will get sidetracked from her actual obligations.

The previous episode of "Homeland" Season 6 saw Carrie and Dar Adal (F. Murray Abraham) continue to build tension between themselves. This happened after Carrie was tasked to secretly advise President Keane before she won the presidential election.

"Homeland" Season 6 Episode 5 will premiere on Feb. 19 on Showtime. The upcoming episode is directed by Alex Graves and written by Chip Johannessen. Following "Casus Belli" will be Episode 6 which is titled "The Return" which is scheduled to air of Feb. 26.
