Some players and followers haven't been too happy about the DLC model that Square-Enix decided to go through for "Final Fantasy XV." However, to appease some of the fans, the company finally provided some much-needed updates for the upcoming DLCs including the supporting characters own storylines and surprisingly, super sentai costumes.

Square-Enix took the chance to highlight the upcoming updates for "Final Fantasy XV" in the recent Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary event in Japan last night. As per Techno Buffalo's report, the publisher finally announced the release dates for the much-anticipated side stories dedicated to everybody's daddy, Gladio and the lively and everybody's favorite commoner, Prompto.

The "Episode Gladio" DLC is now scheduled to be released on Mar. 28 2017. This will be featuring the side story, where Gladio had to leave the party for a period of time from the game's main story arc. This may also explain where he got the huge scar on his chest after the whole gang noticed it when he came back.

The DLC hints that Gladio will be tagging along with Cor Leonis, King Regis' aid and will be facing a very popular "Final Fantasy" character, Gilgamesh. Prompto's DLC, however, wasn't given any particular schedule and was only given a release window somewhere in June.

In a related report from Dual Shockers, "Final Fantasy XV" will also happen to have some wackier-looking outfits that cross the thinning boundaries of reality in the game. Just like how it was made available from the game like "Tales of The Abyss," Noctis and the gang will also be able to don Super Sentai-themed suits.

The "Final Fantasy XV" DLC containing the super suits will be available on Feb 21st. The entire party will be protected from damage for the entire 30 minutes that they will be wearing the suits, but after this, they cannot wear it back after 24 hours.

Unfortunately, there wasn't any mention of Ignis' own DLC, but fans are still looking forward to more "Final Fantasy XV" announcements soon. This covers the much-awaited online coop mode, which is yet to be officially announced.
