"Final Fantasy XV" was intended to be an open-world game in the beginning and this holds true until reaching the second half of the game. Players gets to travel Niflheim, but in an extremely linear fashion. However, YouTuber Caelum Rabanastre figured out of a way to freely roam the second continent.

Based from a recent report from Gearnuke and a number of gaming news websites, a new glitch was discovered and it involves allowing players to freely travel to another continent. What the glitch provides players happen to be impossible under normal circumstances and even on the post-game parts.

In a brief YouTube video posted by Caelum, Noctis is shown traveling an almost empty and vast land. This is the second continent in-game that houses the Niflheim empire as well as Tenebrae. Both places are accessible in-game, but players aren't allowed to freely roam these areas.

The area isn't all that populated however and by the size of the continent, hints about Square-Enix patching the game for added areas for exploration is possible in the future. This is on top of the scheduled "Final Fantasy XV" DLCs for the three other main characters; Ignis, Prompto and Gladio.

Setting foot on the continent was, unfortunately, not shown in the video, but as Gamerant suggests, Caelum have also pulled up the same type of glitch from a different area by using Noctis' Warp Strike. The technique might be possible to pull off with this one and some of the YouTube user's video tutorials can be seen here.

However, as promised, Square-Enix will continuously roll out regular updates and players might eventually find themselves traveling these areas without a glitch after all. This glitch only serves its purpose to those who are glitch hunters and those who'd like to measure the envelopes of what the "Final Fantasy XV" was supposed to offer or will add soon.
