According to EW, the information was still private as to what Wilson's real name is. Luddington was also curious as to why she choose "Jo" to be her name, while both of them and Alex are still on the road to recovery.

There might be significance for her because she grew up reading Little Women and also loved Jo March, who was once her favorite characters. The upcoming "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 episode is somewhat exciting as it will answer all the questions, Luddington tells EW.
