Actress and entrepreneur, Jessica Alba, is now listing her home for rent in Beverly Hills, California. Built in 1980, and bought by Alba in 2002, the home is worth 2,286-square-foot with dark hardwood floors and decorated in a vintage style.

Costing about $11,500 a month, the two-story house consists of a living room with domed ceilings, a chef's kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The third room can be turned into an office or gym space. A spiral staircase then stands down to a blue game room that has a pool table and bar.

In an interview with My Domaine, Alba said, "After buying it when I was younger, pretty much anything that I made I would invest back into that house, so I have a fondness for it." She may not live in there anymore, but the actress is willing to hold onto it.

Alba hired Consort Design and decided to renovate the house into a vacation home. The actress is said to have wanted the space converted for travelers than have it as a family home. "I travel a lot, and if there was a house like mine to stay in instead of a hotel, I would want to stay in my house," Alba stated. "So I'm just thinking of someone who travels and who wants a cozy but luxurious and safe place to be. That's sort of the vibe," she continued.

The leasing agent is also Alba's father, Mark Alba, of Alba Realty. You can find that most of the house is in depths of blue because Alba wanted the home to feel "like a nautical jewel box." Highly inspired by a maritime look, it will spike up travelers.

In the same interview, Consort co-founder Brandon Quattrone sees to the space, "As a rental property, we wanted the house to have a bit of fantasy, so we drew inspiration from our favorite hotels with an old world vibe, like The Bowery and Gramercy Park hotels in New York City," he says.
