Director Tim Miller made a surprising news that he won't be a part of "Deadpool 2" anymore. "Deadpool" the R-rated movie which was a massive success, was the director's debut film, so fans were surprised when Miller announced that will be stepping away from the sequel.

The director recently made a statement about his decision to leave, saying that he "didn't want to make some stylized movie that was 3 times the budget."  Miller also added that he "wanted to make the same kind of movie that we made before."

There were rumors that the director and actor Ryan Reynolds have differences, but the actor debunked this during his recent interview. The actor, who only had nice things to say about Miller, told EW that "there is not a human being on earth that worked harder on 'Deadpool' than Tim. He's an incredibly, incredibly talented director."

The new production team will now include "John Wick" co-director, David Leitch, who will replace Miller.  Ryan Reynolds will reprise his role as the main character.

There are said to be major additions to the cast, including Cable, who was teased in the post-credits scene of the original "Deadpool". According to Comicbook, Cable is a time-travelling mutant soldier/mercenary who has co-headlined comics alongside Deadpool in the past.

Another addition is Domino, Cable's right-hand woman and sometimes lover, who has a mutant-ability of impossibly good luck. She had been Deadpool's ally in the past, even taking over leadership of Deadpool's Mercs for Money team in recent events in the Marvel Comics Universe.

"Deadpool 2", which is said to be smaller than the first one, is set to start filming in early 2017, with 20th Century Fox planning a 2018 release for the sequel. The original movie was a box office success, with a $782.6 million worldwide haul.
