"Married At First Sight" Season 4 just ended, and Season 5 is already in the works!

"Married At First Sight" is a reality dating show, which display an unconventional way of "getting married", wherein the man or the woman will be meeting each other in front of the altar for their first meet-up. Instead of the usual getting to know before entering the married life, the TV show's relationship experts choose the couple to be married based on different factors.

The reality show documents the life of the newly-wed couples, whether they choose to stay married or get a divorce. Despite the unorthodox setup, some of the previous relationship from past seasons proved that there could be light in this tunnel, Parent Herald reports.

In addition, the site detailed, Season 1 couple Dough Hehner and Jamie Otis are still together despite the struggles of their relationship and Jamie recently suffered from a miscarriage. Above all these, the couple are getting stronger than ever.

Meanwhile, "Married at First Sight" Season 2 couples namely Jaclyn Methuen and Ryan Raellone, and Jessica Castro and Ryan DeNino have both kept their marriage. Unfortunately, none of the Season 3 relationship overcame the hardships in their relationship.

While Season 4 couples, Nick and Sonia, and Lillian and Tom decided to continue with their marriages.

With this unconventional way of dating, the show gained massive followers, and is now brewing its fifth season.

David Horton, a Season 3 cast, ended up getting divorce with his wife Ashley. In spite of this hurdle, he said in an interview with People that he isn't giving up and we'll be part of the upcoming season.

Is this the new way of finding love? Will arranged marriage be the answer to finding the one?

The newest season is reportedly being filmed in Chicago and will grace the TV screens in 2017.
