Halloween is always the best excuse to dress up and pretend to be someone for a day and Kelly Clarkson did a great job at doing just that.

The American Idol alumna appeared on Facebook Live last Friday evening wearing a blonde wig with bangs that covered her face. Can you guess by now who she's trying to be for Halloween? If your answer is Sia, then you are correct!

"I'm Sia this Halloween. What!" the singer exclaimed. "She's one of my favorites, so I thought I'd wear a wig and be Sia."

An article from Billboard, Kelly described the feeling of having to wear this kind of wig saying, "I don't know how she does this because you know, you can't see but it's still kind of awesome because you're in your own little world when you're performing." "While it is still pop, it's way more soulful," she added.

Kelly Clarkson had fun treating her fans to a live video of her singing a capella rendition of the Australian singer's hit 2014 song Chandelier with her face not shown all thanks to the wig. Sia has written songs for Clarkson in the past and by singing Sia's song, Clarkson hoped that it would make Sia proud of her. "There you go, Sia. I hope you liked it," she said.

With Vulture describing both singers "belters", Clarkson sang the song perfectly and never had any problems doing her own version of it, saying, "Because the sound is so innate in me. It's just so natural. It's like, 'God! You should have been making records like this the whole time'... I've just wanted to make this particular record since I was in junior high."

The video was done in between Clarkson's studio sessions as she is preparing for her upcoming Atlantic debut which will be due next year.
