To celebrate the 85th anniversary of 7-Eleven and the 45th anniversary of the Slurpee, many of the chain's locations are offering customers a free 7.11-ounce slurpee.Even Six Flags is getting in on the deal.

If you're not able to take advantage of discount theme park tickets or free Slurpees today, however, there are plenty of upcoming days this summer where you can get some gratis grub and drinks. Here's what you need to know.

• 7/13/12: This day is Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A. Customers who come to the restaurants wearing a partial cow costume will get a free entre. Save some room in your tummy, though, because this day is also the day to get a free, tall Starbucks Refreshers drink at the nearest chain location. 
• 7/15/12: July 15 is officially National Ice Cream Day, and in honor of the ocassion, Baskin-Robbins outlets are offering free ice cream to their customers. Head on in and...ahem...scoop up the goods!
• 9/29/12: Get psyched (and caffinated) for this day, also known as National Coffee Day. To partake in the festivities, head to 7-Eleven stores to geta cup of java for nada. Krispy Kreme is also handing out free coffee.
