While Chris Brown's ex Karrueche Tran remains to be single at the moment, it's obvious that she may be taking the embattled rapper back out of love.

Tran is said to be contemplating on accepting Brown back into her life since she's finding it hard to stay away from him despite the controversial R&B star's baby drama and now his recent legal battle, reports Hollywood Life.

Sources even dish that Tran did try to live and enjoy the single life again but she's now having a hard time, knowing that she still has feelings for Brown.

"She tried to put him out of her life and move on, but in the end she loves him too much to say goodbye," an insider said.

"The heart wants what the heart wants, and her heart wants Chris," the insider added.

Interestingly, it appears that Brown has not given up on Tran as he is very determined to win her back again.

For his 26th birthday, the "Ayo" singer planned on partying with Tran but it was never realized due to certain circumstances.

Despite this, Brown and Tran are reportedly on communicating terms now, so there's this ray of hope that they'll rekindle their romance sooner or later.

According to the Christian Post, Karrueche is even wearing Chris Brown's rings again, so this could be a good sign to what's about to happen between the former celebrity couple.

"Chris and Karrueche are back together and taking things slow," a source said adding, "And she's back to wearing his rings again. Chris and Kae were talking about having a big weekend together in Las Vegas."

The source then added: "It was supposed to be their first time being together since his baby bomb. Chris and Kae have been talking and texting again. She tried so hard to put him out of her life and move on, but in the end she just loves him too much to say goodbye."

Meanwhile, Brown is also receiving some good news this week when the man, who previously claimed he was punched by the singer during an early morning Las Vegas basketball game, declined to pursue charges, CNN has learned.

"The victim alleging that he was battered by recording artist Chris Brown has told LVMPD detectives that he no longer wants to go forward with criminal charges," police said in a statement Tuesday.

Brown has since denied the battery claims and even insisted that he was not involved in the confrontation.
