Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was, according to reports, under the influence of drugs the morning she was found unconscious in her bathtub at her Roswell, Ga. home on Jan. 31.

In the past few months before the harrowing incident, the 21-year-old was rumored to use heroin, cocaine, and Xanax incident inside, a source told People magazine. Bobbi Kristina Brown was immediately rushed to the hospital after being found and has since been on life support and in critical condition

Police have already launched an investigation into Bobbi Kristina Brown's bathtub incident. They have also already named her longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon as a person of interest in the case. However, little is still determined with regard to what happened before the discovery of her unconscious form, reported The Root.

People is now saying that multiple sources close to Bobbi Kristina Brown have confirmed that she "regularly used heroin, cocaine and Xanax in recent months." Sources also reportedly claimed that she was a heavy drinker as well.

One of those sources say Bobbi Kristina Brown "often appeared to be high, slurring her words and seeming incoherent."

Years after Houston died, the report alleges that Brown had been "in and out" of rehab. Also, weeks before the 3-year anniversary of her mom's death on Feb. 11, Bobbi Kristina Brown had reportedly become distressed, leading to her addiction in spite of her efforts to remain clean.

"How thin she had gotten is an indicator," a source told People. "This girl was trying hard, but she didn't have any support system. She was still dealing with a lot of grief over her mother."

Houston was also discovered in a similar situation in February 2012. She was found in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Later, autopsy results showed Houston had cocaine in her system.

Bobbi Kristina Brown's father, Bobby Brown, on the other hand, spoke to PEOPLE in 2011 about his own drug use. He admitted to using heroin and cocaine before getting clean and that he had been inspired to get off the addiction partly after watching his reality show, "Being Bobby Brown." The show included tumultuous family scenes, according to People.

Bobbi Kristina Brown just went through a tracheotomy. She is currently still fighting for her life at the Emory hospital in Georgia, according to Just Jared.
