After it surprised most fans that Jesse Eisenberg was the actor chosen as Lex Luthor for the upcoming "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" movie, it is just now that he finally spills some thoughts on the role he considers challenging and complicated.

The 30-year-old actor revealed that he was asked first if he's interested to play the most popular Superman villain role before he was sent the movie script.

He then further shared his thoughts on how complicated his portrayal of the villain character can be. The "Now You See Me" actor did not say actual details about the rumored modern version of Lex Luthor to be seen in the "Man of Steel" sequel but he gave a hint of the challenges behind it when he mentioned the inclusion of "Argo" writer Chris Terrio into the "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" movie.

"I can only say I've been asked to play an interesting role: a complicated, challenging person," Eisenberg said as a hint to describing the Luthor character according to Screenrant.

Back in June, other sources shared with Batman-News that Eisenberg's version of Luthor will have the odd mannerisms. It is rumored to fit the profile of a guy in his twenties that seem to be utterly workaholic.

It was also mentioned once that Eisenberg could not be bald since he was spotted once during a film shoot sporting a dirty blonde hair.

If other rumors are true as well that Luthor's company, the LexCorp will be edgier this time around, being a stylishly smart firm, then it won't be too hard for the young actor to act out.  Eisenberg was known for portraying the iconic social media personality of Mark Zuckerbeg, the Facebook Founder for the 2010 hot movie "The Social Network."

"Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" will hit the big screen on March 25, 2015. It also stars Henry Cavill as Superman and Ben Affleck as Batman.
