Tracy Morgan update on his health condition will now allow his loved ones and supporters breathe a sigh of relief. The recent Tracy Morgan update on the actor's health is that the comedian's condition has been upgraded to 'fair' as Morgan continues to recover from injuries he received in a multi-car collision on June 7.

This Tracy Morgan update on his health upgrade, which began from critical and has now turned into fair, was made Monday. It has only been more than a week after the 45-year-old was involved in a deadly car crash in New Jersey and was left severely hurt and in critical condition.

Tracy Morgan update on his recent health has been announced by his publicist. His publicist Lewis Kay said in a statement:

"Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement. His personality is certainly starting to come back as well."

According to NBC News, last week, the Walmart truck driver involved in the car crash where Tracy Morgan got caught in pleaded not guilty to charges of vehicular homicide and assault in connection with the accident. According to police, the driver's truck slammed into a limo bus which carried Morgan and his entourage. While the latest Tracy Morgan update reports that the comedian is in fair condition, the accident killed Morgan's mentor, James McNair. Two others from Morgan's entourage have also been left in critical condition after becoming seriously injured while returning from a performance on June 7.

According to deadline, apart from Tracy Morgan update that the actor is in 'fair' condition, joining him is associate Jeffrey Millea. Milea has also reportedly been upgraded to fair condition, said family members and rep Lewis Kay. According to Kay, Morgan's "personality is certainly starting to come back as well."

Tracy Morgan update on the actor's condition may be a silver lining to the accident, but the Walmart truck driver now facing vehicular homicide charges still hasn't been convicted. Meanwhile, many are hoping that the man responsible for one death and three injuries will be held accountable for the crime.
