A JetBlue flight attendant has denied a toddler access to the bathroom despite the latter's claim that she's already seconds to urinating. In the end the toddler was forced to urinate in her own seat, New York Daily News reported.

Looks like JetBlue is involved in another scandal after one of its flight attendants refused to allow a 3-year-old kid into the bathroom even when the young one already insisted that she's already on the verge of urinating.

Jennifer Deveraux, the Massachusetts mom of the 3-year-old, has claimed that a flight attendant of JetBlue denied her daughter access to the bathroom, which then led her daughter to eventually pee her pants while in her seat.

"It wasn't about bad customer service at that point," the furious mother told CBS Boston.

"It was about bad human decency. My daughter was sitting in a pool of urine and I couldn't do anything about it," she added, commenting on the fact that the pilot threatened to report her to security when she attempted to clean up the mess.

According to reports, Newton was on board a JetBlue flight from New York to Boston, with her two daughters, on Monday, when the scandalous event took place.

The JetBlue flight's departure was reportedly delayed for about 30 minutes on the John F. Kennedy International Airport's tarmac. During this time, Deveraux's daughter Summers told her mom that she badly needed to use the bathroom.

Deveraux said that when she attempted to get up and take her daughter to the restroom, a flight attendant quickly scolded her and even yelled at her while refusing let her out of her seat.

"We were basically treated like animals," Deveraux told WBZ.

"The girl didn't let me go potty," Summers chimed.

Hence, when Summers couldn't take it anymore, she simply urinated in her seat, and by this time, her mom got up and tried to clean up the mess, but the same flight attendant quickly snapped at her mother again.

"And I said, 'Please give me a break. My daughter had an accident because you wouldn't let me take her to the bathroom. After I clean it up I will sit down,'" the still furious mom said.

The flight attendant reportedly told the pilot about Deveraux and her daughter and the pilot drove the plane back to the gate, announcing that a "non-compliant" passenger is forcing them to turn around, adding that the Massachusetts mother and her kids would be turned over to security.

Fortunately, an off-duty pilot, who was seated in front of Deveraux took action, along with the rest of the passengers, to defend Deveraux and convinced the crew to keep them on board.

After the incident, though they were delivered safely to their destination, Deveraux has filed a complaint against JetBlue.

She was offered a $50 credit toward her next trip, but the mom of two said that she'll never fly JetBlue again.

"I don't want them to do this to any other family," Deveraux said.

Meanwhile, a JetBlue representative has revealed that the company is currently investigating the issue.
