The pot candy maker company's name is TinctureBelle LLC and TinctureBelle Marijuanka LLC. According to The Associated Press, Hershey sues marijuana candy maker as the Colorado company is allegedly making four varieties of pot-infused candies that is too keenly similar to the famous products of Hershey Inc.
