Octomom welfare fraud case has been dropped and Octomom will not be getting any jail time since she copped a plea deal. Nadya Suleman, better known as Octomom, pleaded to no contest Monday for the now famous ‘Octomom welfare fraud case’. She pleaded to a single count of misdemeanor welfare fraud since she failed to divulge her income from her porn videos and personal appearances. She reportedly received more than $26,000 from public assistance funds to care for her 14 children despite her high income from her different jobs.
