Miley Cyrus, Patrick Schwarzenegger Slam Breakup Rumors By Going On A Date After Cheating Scandal Broke

Mar 27, 2015 07:42 PM EDT

Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger's romance was plagued by a cheating scandal after Arnold Schwarzenegger's son was photographed enjoying some bonding time with a girl during a Spring Break trip to Cabo. However, the young Hollywood couple proved the breakup rumors wrong when they went out to fine at a fancy restaurant this week.

On Monday evening, Cyrus and Schwarzenegger were spotted together at Kiwami, a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles, completely slamming previous reports that the "Wrecking Ball" singer is still "furious" with her boyfriend and that she's been "ignoring" his calls, Gossip Cop has learned.

"Miley and Patrick spent a romantic evening kissing, holding hands and laughing together at their corner table on the restaurant's private patio," one source said of the date between the celebs that took place after the cheating scandal broke.

Because they were photographed being touchy and feely that night, insiders claim Cyrus and Schwarzenegger have reconciled.

Fans of the former Disney star also confirmed on social media that they've seen Miley and Patrick enjoying each other's company since the latter's scandalous photos landed online.

News about the reconciliation comes almost a week after Schwarzenegger himself denounced the cheating scandal on Twitter saying he would "NEVER do anything against my GF."

Bother Schwarzenegger and Cyrus have yet to comment on the news that they were about to break up amid the cheating scandal. Also, Miley has yet to confirm previous rumors that she uninvited Patrick from her Vegas event this weekend, according to Beauty World News
