Is Walt Disney World one of the most disappointing travel destinations in the world? One travel site thinks so. Smarter Travel included Disney as one of its 10 most disappointing destinations to travel to.

While some might consider it to be the "happiest place on earth," Smarter Travel considers it one of the priciest. Smarter Travel listed Disney World among its list of the most disappointing destinations for its high prices, not just for admission, but for things such as food and drinks as well.

The reason on the site reads, "Paying $99 per day to be trapped in a park surrounded by other peoples' children and fully grown adults who like Disney? No thanks. Even a bottle of water will run you $2.50 once you're within reach of the Mouse's greedy grasp. And if you're thinking about purchasing a "specialty" cocktail to numb the pain of being at Disney World, you'll have to shell out $8.50 per drink."

Disney isn't the only place Smarter Travel had issues with over prices. Temble Bar in Dublin and  Las Vegas also made the list of disappointing destinations for its prices. Other popular destinations that made the list include Niagara Fall, Hollywood and the Statue of Liberty.
