After finally getting around to filing her divorce papers, the 50-year-old actress Demi Moore wants to have the last word in her failed marriage to Ashton Kutcher.

According to a TMZ report, the former Mrs. Kutcher has asked her estranged husband, who is worth much less than her in the financial department, for spousal support in a documents submitted to the LA Superior Court on Thursday.

Kutcher, the highest paid actor on TV, thanks to his "Two and a Half Men" paycheck, has a net worth of about $135 million, which is bleak compared to Moore's $150 million (both totals come from mstarz.com), but if recent reports that Moore hasn't had a "decent" paying job in a few months is true, the "Striptease" star might have justification.

A source involved with the divorce proceedings has stated:

"Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi - a lot more than she made - but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much," according to mstarz.com.

However, Los Angeles attorney Marlo Van Oorschot told omg! that according to Moore's filing, she "has not made an official request for the court to determine spousal support at this time. Rather, she has set forth in her Response to the Petition a request for spousal support as a way to preserve her rights to formally seek support during or at the conclusion of the divorce. Whether or not Moore will actually receive support will be dependent upon both parties' financial conditions ... There are many factors to be take into account in determining the ultimate issue of spousal support."

She filed irreconcilable differences, as the cause for the divorce, but wants her 35-year-old ex to pay for her legal fees along with the spousal support.

TMZ reports that it's almost out of the question that a judge would order Kutcher to pay Moore spousal support.

Ashton filed for divorce in December, more than a year after Demi announced that the marriage was over. He didn't take a position in his filings on whether he should pay her any spousal support, according to philly.com.

They were married in 2005.
