Disneyland's White Rabbit is getting into even more trouble after a video surfaced of the character grabbing a young girl and cursing at her after she pulled the tail of his costume.

In a cellphone video recorded by two girl's father, Alexis Carlos walks up to the Alice in Wonderland character and tugs on his tail. Then Alexis' 14-year-old sister, Jocelyn does the same.

The young girl tugs on the tail and then faces the camera and starts laughing. She starts to walk away and the White Rabbit character turns away and follows her.

Jocelyn says the character grabbed her by the arm and neck"He told me,"Don't you ever do that again or I will call security, and tell your stupid friend to stop doing it too,"' Jocelyn told ABC10 News. Her sister can be heard yelling  "Hey you, get off of her!"

"He was holding her roughly, and I was scared,"  Alexis Carlos told ABC.

The character can then be heard saying  "Don't even start your s**t with me," which Jocelyn confirmed.

"He told me, "Don't even start your s**t with me" and then turned around and pushed my sister out of the way," Jocelyn told ABC.

The character can be seen shoving someone at the end of the video.

This recent video comes just a few weeks after the White Rabbit character was accused of being racist as he refused to touch a family's African American children.

Jason and Annelia Black, of San Diego County, said the White Rabbit character had no issue with touching white or Asian children, but when their children posed for a picture with him, he wouldn't touch them and he acted impatient with them.

This new video will add on to their lawsuit against the park.Disney did not say if it was the same person in the costume in both incidents, but they are not happy about the lawsuit.

"This seems to be a blatant attempt by a lawyer to generate publicity for a case that has no merit," Disney said in a statement, according to ABC. "If anything, all this video shows is a family of misbehaving guests deliberately provoking a character for their own malicious amusement."

The Carlos family didn't report this incident at the time because they didn't want to get kicked out of the park.
